Duanhua Chip Resistor Ltd which founded in 1994 is one of the subsidiaries of Fenghua Advanced Technology (holding) Co., Ltd, more than 1000 employees. We focus in developing, producing and selling chip components,  as a national key enterprise in component industry , we are the designated enterprise who can support “one-stop purchasing” service for the national communication product by the Ministry of Information Industry, and has set up a long-term cooperation relationship with the international companies, like Motorola, Siemens, Philips, LG, Panasonics ,changhong, Lenovo,TCL etc.

We introduced into world class manufacturing and test equipments for chip resistor and chip resistor array in earlier, and the quality level is according to the industrial standard of EIA-30A and JIS C 5223 which is generally acceptable. With more than 10 years development, now our products series are expanded as hybrid circuit, current sensors, chip diodes, etc besides chip resistor and chip resistor array.  And the chip resistor is the leading one in our company with high capacity that nearly sixty billion in year, and also with high quality level make us rank the top position in China chip resistor industrial.  Our products are widely used in computer, communication, industrial automatization, avigation, military and some other investment and consumed electronics fields, like digital TV, digital acoustics, etc  .We have good management system that obtained ISO9001,QS9000 and ISO14001 certificate from DNV.

In the coming future, the technology direction for the chip components will tend to be miniature size, network , high precision, high reliability, high power and environmental compliance.  As a purpose to meet the environmental requirement, we Launched a new technology for the surface treatment at the end of year 2000, which can make both of the terminals of our product to be lead-free. and can meet RoHS Directive. As a further action for environmental, we are the leading one to develop a low-lead content resistor in 2004 which can reduce the lead content in the resistor body below 1000ppm even the lead inside the resistor body is exempted by RoHS. And another more mini size resistor of 0201 has been developed at the end of 2004, plan to go into mass production in the next half year of 2005.
