1984Year	In March, Fenghua Electronic Factory is established.

1985Year	Taking the lead to introduce production line and technology from U.S.A., which had advanced technical level and may produce 0.1 billion pieces of multi-layer ceramic capacitors.

1993Year	In September, Certificate of high-tech enterprise is granted.

1994Year	In March, reorganization is conducted according to shareholding system. Guangdong Fenghua Advanced Technology (holding) Co., Ltd. is established with Guangdong Zhaoqing Fenghua Electronics Factory as a main component.

1995Year	Five subordinate companies were established, which respectively produce chip electronic components, aluminum electrolytic capacitor, lead capacitor, chip resistor and supporting equipment; in January, chip capacitors passed the ISO9002: 1994 verification of DNV.

1995Year	In December, the first Chinese-foreign equity joint venture – “Zhaoqing Kehua Electronics Co., Ltd.” was established.

1996Year	In March, Liang Liping, the director of the board, attended the state ten-anniversary commemoration of “863”, and made a speech named “Enterprise and “863”” as the only enterprise representative; in May, the State Associated Research and Development Center of High-Tech Electronic Component Engineering Technology is established; in June, Fenghua Group was listed in the 512 key large-sized state-owned enterprises to be supported; in August, the company is verified as a key high-tech enterprise in the state torch plan; in September, 13,500 thousand of A shares of “Fenghua Advanced Technology” were listed for trading in Shenzhen Exchange

1997Year	In June, the state new electronic component engineering technology research center is established; in August, it was verified as a key high-tech enterprise in the state torch plan. The research and development center passed ISO9001: 1994 verification of DNV.

1998Year	In January, it is approved as state-level technical center; in April, Fenghua Advanced Technology successfully conducted allotment of shares, and start the state two-stage “double improvement” project with the funds raised thereof; in September, it was chosen as a state key high-tech enterprise group.

1999Year	In March, Hong Kong Fenghua Company is established, which indicates that the company took a large step to international trading.

1999Year	The production line of chip resistors passed the ISO9002: 1994 verification of DNV, in May, it ranked fourth in the top 100 Chinese electronic enterprises in the twelfth term. In June, the second stage “double improvement” project was finished and accepted; in December, the annual output of dominant products exceeded 10 billion pieces, and production capability exceeded 15 billion pieces.

2000Year	The annual output of chip capacitors and chip resistors reached 30 billion pieces, which ranked eighth and ninth respectively. And it ranked 39th in the top 100 electronic information enterprises of China, and ranked second in the top 100 electronic component enterprises; in March, the Ministry of Information Industry presided the research and discussion conference on the development strategy new components, which is convened by the company; in April, “Fenghua Advanced Technology” made an additional issue of 40 million A shares, and raised 1.1 billion Yuan to invest in the project of state-level large-sized chip component production base and other major projects.

2001Year	In April, chip capacitor production line passed the ISO9001: 2000 verification of DNV.

2002Year	A large production capacity was formed for chip capacitors of base metal nickel electrodes, which represented the world advanced technology level of MLCC. Micro-miniature chip capacitors, chip resistors, electric sensors passed the verification of Motorola and other world factories, and accessed the supporting market for mobile communication. The annual output of chip component, which are the dominant products of the company, exceeded 100 billion pieces.
